Zenturr ("Zenturr," "we," "our," or "us") provides a landscape business management platform with an integration to QuickBooks Online. TerraScape AI is the product name for the Zenturr platform; the names "TerraScape AI" and "Zenturr" refer to the same service and the same company described in this policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use TerraScape AI (Zenturr) and our QuickBooks Online integration.
TerraScape AI (Zenturr) is operated by Zenturr AI LLC, located at 971 US Highway 202N, Branchburg, NJ, United States.
Two different roles. Zenturr acts as the data controller for information about our own customers — the landscaping businesses that hold a Zenturr account — including account, billing, and usage information. This policy describes that information.
Separately, our customers use the Service to store and manage information about their own clients, such as homeowner names, addresses, phone numbers, job history, and invoices. For that information, the landscaping business is the data controller and Zenturr acts only as a processor, handling it on their instructions in order to provide the Service. The landscaping business is responsible for how it collects that information, for the notices and consents it provides to its own clients, and for responding to their privacy requests. If you are a client of a business that uses TerraScape AI and you want to access, correct, or delete your information, please contact that business directly — we will refer such requests to them.
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account to Zenturr, and grant us the "accounting" scope, we access and store:

Zenturr includes an AI-powered assistant called "Zentra" that helps you manage your landscaping business. Zentra is powered by a third-party large-language-model (LLM) provider that processes your requests to generate the assistant's responses.
When you interact with Zentra, the following data may be sent to our LLM provider for processing:
Our LLM provider processes the data above solely to generate the Zentra assistant's responses in real time. The provider's storage, retention, and handling of API data are governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not sell this data, and it is not used for advertising.
Your conversations with Zentra are stored in our database to provide conversation continuity and to improve the AI assistant's context about your business. Conversation history is retained for the life of your account and deleted within 90 days of account closure.
If you use the AI voice receptionist feature, phone calls are processed by Retell AI. Call recordings, transcripts, and metadata are stored in our database. Retell AI processes audio data to provide real-time call handling and transcription. For details on how Retell AI handles data, please refer to their privacy policy.
When you record a voice memo or dictate a command to Zentra in the app, the audio recording is transcribed into text using OpenAI's Whisper transcription service. Only the audio recording is sent to OpenAI, solely to generate a text transcript that is returned to the app; OpenAI processes this data on our behalf and does not use it to train its models. TerraScape AI (Zenturr) enables landscaping businesses on our platform to send text messages (SMS/MMS) to their clients. When a client's phone number is provided to a business using TerraScape AI, that business may use the platform to send transactional and operational text messages on their behalf. Separately, TerraScape AI sends account-related text messages directly to business owners who create an account on terrascape.io and provide their mobile number with consent at signup, to help them set up and onboard onto the platform.
Types of messages that may be sent include:
Consent: Text messages are only sent to individuals who have provided their phone number to the landscaping business and consented to receive text communications. Consent may be obtained verbally, in writing, or electronically through the business's client intake process.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the services provided and the communication preferences set by the landscaping business. Typically, clients receive between 1–10 messages per week depending on scheduled services.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

No Sharing of Mobile Information: We will never sell, share, rent, or distribute your mobile phone number or any information collected through SMS opt-in to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes sharing with third-party lead generators, data brokers, or any entity not directly involved in delivering the requested messaging service. Your mobile information is used solely for the purpose of sending the text messages described in this policy.
Carriers: Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

QuickBooks data flows only between Zenturr and QuickBooks Online as part of the integration, and is not shared with other third parties for their own purposes.
Some of the service providers we use to operate TerraScape AI process information outside the United States, in countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live. This includes the provider of the large language model that powers the Zentra AI assistant, described in the AI-Powered Features section above.

Your use of QuickBooks Online is governed by Intuit's terms with you, and Intuit's handling of your information is described in Intuit's privacy notices.
You can connect your Google account so that TerraScape sends business email from your own address instead of ours. Connecting is optional, and the app works without it.
When you connect, we request two permissions and no others:

This permission does not allow us to read, search, delete, or modify anything in your mailbox, and we do not.userinfo.email) — used to show you which account is connected and to set the sending address on outgoing mail.We store the access and refresh tokens Google issues, encrypted, so sending keeps working without asking you to sign in again. We store the connected address and a record of the messages TerraScape sent. We do not store the contents of your mailbox, because we never receive them.
You can disconnect at any time in Settings, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting revokes the tokens and stops all sending from your address.
TerraScape's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models, we do not transfer or sell it to third parties for advertising or any other purpose, and humans do not read it except with your explicit permission, to resolve a support issue you have raised, for security purposes, or where required by law.
Zenturr is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

TerraScape AI is built for landscaping and outdoor-services businesses operating in the United States, and it is offered only to businesses, not to consumers. We do not market or direct the Service to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland.
Whatever the law in your state requires of us, we will do. Beyond that, the commitments in this policy are ones we make because we think they are right, not because a particular statute compels them, and we will honor them regardless of where you live. If you want a copy of your information, a correction, or your account deleted, contact us and we will take care of it.
