Delete your account & data.

You can delete your TerraScape account and its associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and exactly what is removed. TerraScape is built and operated by Zenturr AI LLC.

Option 1 · Recommended

Delete from inside the app

Sign in to TerraScape on the web (terrascape.io) or in the mobile app.
Go to Settings → Account.
In the Delete Account section, tap Delete Account.
Type the confirmation text to confirm, then submit. The deletion runs immediately.

The Delete Account control is always reachable from Account settings — including when a subscription is inactive.

Option 2 · Can't sign in?

Request deletion by email

Email info@zenturrai.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account."

We verify ownership of the account before processing and confirm by email when it is done.

What gets deleted

If you are the account owner, deleting your account tears down your entire company workspace and removes access for all team members. This permanently removes:

Your login and personal profile information
Your clients, jobs, schedules, routes, and timesheets
Your invoices, estimates, and related billing records
Photos and files you uploaded (including job and receipt images)
Your team members' access to the workspace
Your TerraScape subscription, which is canceled as part of deletion

If you are a team member (not the owner), deleting your account removes only your own login and seat. Your company's workspace and other members are unaffected.

Timing & retention

Deletion is processed promptly. Account access ends immediately, and a short grace window of up to 30 days may apply before data is permanently purged from our active systems, after which it cannot be recovered. Routine encrypted backups are removed on their normal rotation schedule.

A limited set of records may be retained only where required by law (for example, financial or tax records), and are deleted once that obligation ends. For full details see our Privacy Policy.
