This Privacy Policy describes how TerraNova Lawn Care LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information, including mobile phone numbers and text messaging data. TerraNova Lawn Care LLC is a landscaping and outdoor services business located in Conroe, TX. We manage our client communication through TerraScape, a business-management platform operated by Zenturr AI LLC, which processes data on our behalf.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to schedule and complete your work and to communicate with you about it:
- Your name and the service address where work is performed.
- Your mobile phone number and email address.
- Details about the services you request, quotes and estimates, appointment history, invoices, and payments.
- Text messages exchanged between you and us, and records of your messaging preferences, including any STOP or START request.
We collect this information directly from you — when you call us, speak with us in person, or submit our service request form. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third-party lists, lead brokers, or data resellers.
How we use your information
To schedule and perform your services; to send service messages about your own account (appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes and estimates, invoices and payment receipts, arrival notifications); to respond when you contact us; to take payment; and to keep the business records we are required to keep. We do not use your mobile number for marketing to you on behalf of anyone else.
How we share your information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf and only so they can perform their function: TerraScape (Zenturr AI LLC) for scheduling, invoicing, and message delivery; its messaging provider, Twilio, to transmit text messages; and our payment processor to take payment. These providers are bound to use the information only for those purposes. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and afterward only as long as needed for tax, accounting, warranty, and legal purposes — generally up to seven years. Records of an opt-out are kept indefinitely so we can honor your STOP request and avoid texting you again.
Your choices and rights
You may reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts from us immediately, and START to resume. You may ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete it where we are not required to keep it. To make any of these requests, contact us using the details below. We will not deny you service or charge you differently for exercising these rights.
Security
Your information is stored on access-controlled, encrypted systems operated by our platform provider, and is reachable only by people who need it to do their job. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Text messaging
Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date above and publish the revised version at this same address.
