These terms govern text messages sent by TerraNova Lawn Care LLC through the TerraScape platform (operated by Zenturr AI LLC).
The messaging program
TerraNova Lawn Care LLC Service Updates sends text messages about your own account: appointment confirmations and reminders, quotes and estimates, invoices and receipts, arrival notifications, and two-way conversations about your service.
How you opt in
You may opt in directly with TerraNova Lawn Care LLC when requesting or hiring landscaping services.
If you request or hire services in person or by phone, you may provide your mobile number directly to a representative of TerraNova Lawn Care LLC and verbally consent to receive service-related text messages concerning your own appointments, quotes and estimates, invoices and receipts, arrival notifications, and related service communications.
If you use TerraNova Lawn Care LLC’s public service request form, you may voluntarily provide your mobile number and consent to receive service-related text messages concerning your request and any resulting services. That field is optional and the disclosure appears directly beneath it.
Your consent is given directly to TerraNova Lawn Care LLC and applies only to communications about your own requested or active services. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may request or purchase services without agreeing to receive text messages.
After you consent, TerraNova Lawn Care LLC may send the service messages described in these Terms. Every message includes instructions to reply STOP to opt out. The first message also identifies TerraNova Lawn Care LLC as the sender and states that message frequency varies, that message and data rates may apply, and that you may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
If you previously opted out, you may later resubscribe by replying START. START restores service messages from TerraNova Lawn Care LLC after your new affirmative request to receive them.

Message frequency varies with your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
